Sylvester
Co-Founder
Sylvester is the co- founder of Till We Meet Again and works in the strategic, marketing and production department. Sylvester believes that for a long time families have had to choose caskets from the limited options available, not what they want exactly.
All of his working life he has been involved in production development, distribution and strategy. He has also been working in the communications and digital finance departments for other multinational companies.
Sylvester is driven by change, integrity and satisfaction. He believes these values help meet the needs and expectation of his customers. These values help him turn a customer's idea to a product that satisfies them. He also takes pleasure in being present for families when they need him the the most.
Ian
Front Sales
Ian is a front sales at Till We Meet Again. He ensures that each family that walks into the showroom gets to select a casket that befits a perfect send off for their loved one.
During his teens Ian would always pick an ordinary product, enhance it and sell it to his peers and friends. By doing this he got to interact with different clients and got to know their unique needs and would deliver according to their needs.
After finishing his education he was able to transfer his earlier experience to Till we meet again where he is able to guide a family in selecting a casket that represents their loved ones personality, hobbies, style and colour.
Ian is driven by patience, honesty, passion and empathy. Losing a family member/ friend brings out a lot of unexplained emotions and he believes that these values assist him to help families have an easy time picking the perfect casket for their loved one.
Rodney
Lead Sales
Rodney is Lead Sales at Till We Meet Again. His position establishes smooth and effective running of his team and ensures great service is provided to all families that walk into the showroom.
He completed his education in 2016 and immediately started working at an electrical company. With 3 years of sales experience under his belt, Rodney was seeking change and wanted to be a part of a company that was deeply connected to their customers. This is when he joined Till We Meet Again.
Rodney is led by compassion and humility and these values allow him to be of service to families that have lost a loved one and bring peace during an emotional period.
